Ban Quản lý các khu công nghiệp nhận được câu hỏi có nội dung:

“This is JP Law Firm, a Korean law firm. Our firm is looking for a land area for rent and is interested in Industrial Zones in Hai Duong We would like to ask a few questions related to this matter. 1. Is there an available area of about 23 hectare? 2. If there is, how much is the price per square? 3. Is industrial zone license duly issued? 4. Is it on operating or not? We will be looking forward to hearing from you Sincerely,)”.

 

         1.     Is there an available area of about 23 hectare?

èYes, there are some availale areas as you need in Industrial Zones such as Lai Cách, Cộng Hòa.

          If there is, how much is the price per square?

èThe price that it’s depended on each infrastructure companies in diffirent industrial zone. The park’s area may be available:

+ Lai Cách (contact Mr Linh: 0084.988126886): about 62-70USD/ m2

+ Cộng Hòa (contact Mr Đức: 0084.989205899): about 55-90 USD/ m2

* Price is not included VAT. And you can contact with infrastructure companies for more information abour landing areas, price, other services fees,…etc.

2.     Is industrial zone license duly issued? Is it on operating or not?

 

èHai Duong Industrial Zones Authority is licensing Investment certification to all projects inside park zones.

èFirst time Foreign investors need to obtain an investment certificate before creating a company. The application process depends on the location of the registered land (inside or outside industrial zone). If their projects are located inside, they need to submit their application for documents cerification in Hai Duong Industrial Zone Authority.  In case, the application is totally egibility, IRC is be issued.

+ Investment Law 2014;

+ Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated 12/11/2015 providing guidelines for implementation of a number of articles of Law on Investment;

+ Circular No. 16/2015 / TT-BKHĐT of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, dated 18/11/2015.

èIf all of documents are in foreign languages also need to be translated into Vietnamese by a registered translator before submitting to authorities in Vietnam. The translator shall put his/her signature on the translated version of the documents and the signature must be authenticated by the Justice Division of a District People’s Committee. Investors can directly contact any registered Translation Company or Hai Duong Notary Office No.1 (at the address: No.93 Bach Dang Street, Tran Hung Dao District, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province) for help.
